An Important Update Regarding COVID-19

COVID-19 and Kampen Appliance Service

Kampen Appliance Service has been declared an Essential Service, so we can continue to provide fair, honest and reliable service to your Sub Zero, Wolf, Cove and Asko appliances.

In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic we understand the seriousness of maintaining good health to you our valued customers and your household, as well as the health of our technicians and customer service representatives.

If you need service, please note our protocol for service at this time:

  1. Verify that customer has not been out of the country in the past 14 days, is under quarantine or self-isolation or has COVID-19 symptoms.
  2. Ask technicians and customers to follow Health department and Government Guidelines regarding COVID-19. Ensure technicians maintain 6 feet distance from customers as much as possible.
  3. Ask customers to isolate vulnerable residents, including children and elderly in a separate room during the service appointment.
  4. Ask customers to provide a clean sink with warm water and soap for technicians to wash their hands.
  5. Wipe down all surfaces with Norwex cloth that the technician comes in contact with.
  6. Avoid leave-behinds at this time. Share receipts with customers via email. Collect payment credit card ( don’t accept checks or cash at this time)

Once again we take our responsibility very seriously and stock our trucks with many parts so that we, as much as possible, only need to make one trip to your home, minimizing your interaction with our technicians, helping to maintain your appliances for your health and peace of mind.
